We get a lot of questions every day from our customers, and understandably so! Buying a new phone online can be as confusing as it is scary. We've listed some of our top frequently asked questions below. Feel free to contact us using the Help button in the bottom right if you have any more questions!
Often our first question, and for good reason! You want to be sure you are getting a genuine product from a legitimate source. Our smartphone inventory comes from returns, carrier overstock and customer trade-ins through major US retailers and official Verizon, Sprint, ATT, and T-Mobile retail stores. We only work with trusted Apple and Samsung approved channels to offer you awesome prices and reliable products.
We offer three physical conditions- Excellent, Very Good and Good. You select your cosmetic condition during the ordering process.
Excellent
Very Good
Good
It is important to note, whether you choose Excellent or Good condition,
ALL phones are tested and guaranteed to work 100% like new.
This is where we really get down to business. Every phone we receive goes through a rigorous certification process before being admitted to our inventory. We put in the work first to make sure you have a great experience. This process is a team effort, and one we take very seriously. We believe in having multiple sets of eyes check each and every phone for top-tier quality assurance. If the phone passes all the points of our inspection, we brand it Tiger Certified and offer it for sale. If any basic function fails, our in-house technicians refurbish the phone with brand new parts, and then the certification process starts over, including a full retest. Only fully-functioning phones are offered for sale. If it has not been graded, tested, and certified, it never reaches our shelves – it’s that simple.
We begin with a close examination to grade each phone for physical condition, and then we check the IMEI/ESN (Electronic Serial Number) to verify it is clean and activation-ready. A common problem is the dreaded "iCloud lock." No worries - we make sure to check that right off the bat. Some other sellers skip this step, but that can lead to major problems like the phone status being listed as lost, stolen, or financed (which means it's as useful as a brick).
After making sure the ESN is clean and the phone is not tied to anyone's account, the follwing is tested:
Yep, every phone we sell must pass these tests before being certified. We are so confident in our products, we offer the fiercest warranty in the business - the 60 day Tiger Warranty.
